Design-driven culture
I worked almost from the beginning of the project, this was a fun and challenging project:
We built a new design system to look enterprise
We achieve to stand out from the closest competitors
The best part IMO: we created an inside culture of comprehension and empathy, going from a working culture that works in silos to working as a team hearing all ideas and the knowledge everybody can give to the company.
